"We ordered take out because there's only three tables available two of which are half inside/half outside and the last table of which is completely outside but with no coverings or heat lamps so make sure you dress warmly. Staff was wearing masks, but sanitizer was no where in sight. Based on Yelp Elite reviews, I ordered the Mojarra Frita: deep fried whole tilapia fish (head and all) it was indeed yummy, but kinda hard to eat through all the bones. Something you'd expect at a Chinese restaurant instead. The fish didn't seem to have much seasoning, sauce, or accompaniment. There was a small portion of lettuce and even smaller sampling of pico de gallo, regular tasting beans and rice. I meticulously separated the meat and made a couple corn tortilla tacos out of it. Again, good and passable, but not what I was expecting for Santa Barbara region mexican faire. Chile Relleno usually not a fan, but was pleasantly surprised with this one. Fresh green chiles blends really well with the jack cheese for a $4.50 appetizer, it's hard to pass up. Chicken Mole tasted a bite. Good for mole fans, sweet, tart and rich. Chicken on the dry side. Taquitos didn't get to taste but it sounded crunchy but feedback was only average. Chips and Salsa the brownish/garnet one is hot. Beware. Chips are too saturated with oil although still crispy, if that makes sense. Horchata WAY too sweet water down with extra ice and you're good."
