"Drive thru order. Unfortunately, having had bad experiences elsewhere, I checked my order before going home. In my younger years I worked in 2 locations of this chain. I must say the veggie prep was terrible. Everything was minced not diced like it is supposed to be. I returned to the window and was asked to pull around and wait for my order to be remade. As I sat in my car waiting I observed 3 other patrons being served before my order was completed. Very disappointing for a business that use to be so customer oriented!"

"I've been going here on and off for over a whole year now, and I feel like I finally deserve to give this place a rating. It's honestly my go-to location for all things Taco Bell. They have always been on point all the time with their customer service and food conditions. Even though I always order the same box through the app (and maybe get other things as well with rewards, really just depends if I wanna get the usual or go all out), it's always been a great experience. I commend all of the staff there for being such nice and hard-working people and can't recommend this place enough."

"I had a standard Taco Bell experience. The food was decent, but nothing remarkable. The service was great, and the woman who handed me my order was very friendly and didn't forget to include sauce and napkins. The drive-thru was quite busy and not well designed, so I opted to go inside instead. The restaurant was clean, and the ordering kiosks were easy to use."

"I like to mix my fine dining experiences with the occasional trip to Taco Hell. This place used to be a disaster of a restaurant, often running out of items that were inconvenient for them to prepare. The staff was also quite terrible. However, it seems there must be new management, because I've noticed significant improvements over the past year. The staff is very friendly, the lines move quickly, and they seem to never run out of anything. For a taco spot, this one is actually pretty good."

"The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and relaxed! They have a great vibe, and I always enjoy chatting with them. I usually stop by as a carpool or delivery driver, and the service is always fast. I've heard that the food is very fresh, and the team works hard to make sure every visit is a great experience. "We went through the drive thru today. Had a coupon for 2 Beef tacos for 99 cent. UNLIMITED was printed on it in bold black letters. In smaller print it read it couldn 't be used with any other promotions and one coupon per customer. And it couldn 't be used for chicken or steak. So we ordered 12 beef tacos. The boy taking the order kept saying You want 2 tacos plus another 10? . We told him 3 times we wanted 12 total at the coupon price which would make it $5.94 tax. When we got to the window he said first order for 2 tacos and second order for 10. We handed him the coupon and said we wanted 12 tacos on that coupon. The coupon said unlimited. He said we could only get 2 because it was a limit of 2. It said UNLIMITED I told him. NO WHERE on the coupon did it say anything about being a limit of 2. He kept saying it was a limit of 2. I was getting angry by this time but he insisted it said there was a limit of 2. I was about to ask for the manager to show me where on the coupon there was a limit but my driver was angry too so he just said forget it and drove away. I wish we were able to get the coupon back but we didn 't. We will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again and probably to no other one as well. And I will let everyone I know and on social media that Taco Bell does NOT honor their coupons!! If there was a way to give a negative star I would."

"Best Taco Bell experience of my life! Someone is safe OCD.... in the best way possible! The Taco Bell-Saucen packs were perfectly aligned in orderly rows stacked in the buckets and only by that I could say someone really well maintained. It broke my mind. The food came fast, it was all there AND it was delicious! In addition, the restaurant seemed cold when we came in and I barely mentioned it to my wife, but the next thing I knew the heating was up and the place warmed quite fast. It seemed like someone heard me and made an adjustment to the temptation. Honestly, I was in a LOT of Taco Bells and this place deserves 10 stars."

"Idk about other Taco Bells but this one in particular has just been getting better and better over time. I just recently went in with a friend and got my usual Crunchwrap Supreme (I just can't get TB without getting one of these... Ever. Lol) and I tried their new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. The Crunchwrap was delicious as usual and the Quesadilla was too! I'm so glad I tried it. Also made my friend try the cinnamon dessert balls cause they are out of this world. She loved them. Def try them if you haven't yet!"

"This is the first taco bell to get my daughter's order right in 5 five years! Soft taco with sour cream instead of beef. Sounds easy, right? Well obviously not because our local TB and others in multiple states get it wrong every single time. They take the order down correctly, it's correct on the receipt, but we always end up with some random combination with beef. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. My daughter even asked if we can only ever go to this Taco Bell! The staff members were personable and service was quick too, which seems to be outside the norm for most Taco Bell/KFCs."

"I’ve been to this Taco Bell before, and it wasn’t so bad, but today’s experience was terrible. I won't be returning to this location. I dined in with my family and waited almost 30 minutes for three number 7 meals, which is ridiculous! It felt like the staff paid more attention to the drive-thru than to the people inside. When our food finally arrived, they forgot two of the freezes. The quesadillas weren't cut, and the chicken was as hard as a rock! The only decent thing was one of the freezes, while the other was a messy explosion. It felt like a complete waste of money! As we were leaving, we saw a man in the parking lot who was waiting even longer than we were. His food was falling out of the bag and dripping with who knows what. They also forgot most of his order. I was also very disappointed by the so-called cleaning practices. I saw a staff member using the same rag to wipe down tables, the trash area, the soda machine, door handles, dirty corners, and the floor! This place needs new management and staff!"

"The late-night drive-thru at this location has really taken a turn for the worse. The wait times are excessively long. I've been here three times this week, and each time I spent 10 to 15 minutes in line just to reach the ordering speaker. There were seven or eight cars backed up onto the street, with only one or sometimes none at the window after the speaker. Once I did reach the speaker, I had to wait an additional 2 to 3 minutes before the employee finally took my order. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a drive-thru. When I spoke to the manager, he just offered excuses about being short-staffed."

"Truly a think outside the bun experience. There is a communal soda fountain here, unlike the Wendy's across the street.It's a combination KFC and Taco Bell, one of the few places you can get KFC and Baja Blast (KFC is trash though).There's also free WiFi.They had paint stored in the dining area when we ate there? A painter walked in and just stood by us until he finally asked if we could move so he could get the paint.Also someone smashed into the power poll with their car and the building lost power, so we had to leave."

"I had a great meal today, but I have a question for Taco Bell in general. I'm glad to see that you have finally brought back the Mexican pizza, but I would like to ask you to also bring back the enchiritos. I have been enjoying them since the 70s and even introduced them to five of my friends before they were removed from the menu. They were so flavorful and unique compared to everything else on your menu or other Mexican restaurants I have tried, including some high-end ones. We were all disappointed when they were taken off the menu. Sometimes, new items are not always better. I even had a server who would specially make them for me, but she has since left and my friends and I really miss them. I was pleasantly surprised when you brought back the Mexican pizza, and I hope you will do the same for the enchiritos so that I can visit Taco Bell more often."
