"Unfortunately, the Sisig prepared in the Manila style was disappointing. It was overcooked and burnt in several spots. The rice that accompanied it was also poorly done—soft and soggy, with a burnt bottom. I wouldn't recommend this dish, as the meat tasted more like low-quality beef instead of pork.
On a positive note, the vegetable lumpia was excellent. It had a beautifully golden-brown wrapper and was filled with fresh, tasty vegetables."
