"I go here often (1-2 times a week), and the last few times have been pretty bad experiences.The staff is not friendly; they don't even say thank you. They act like you are an inconvenience for being there, even when it is dead inside. It does not matter how friendly you are. Unless you are one of the employees, the people working there don't want anything to do with you. Despite this, I kept going back because the food was good.Yesterday, I added avocado to my sandwich (and paid an extra 1.25 to do so), and it was so hard it sounded like an apple when I bit into it. I had to take it all off it was so hard and disgusting. Every piece was hard, and nowhere near ripe.The food quality was keeping me coming back despite the terrible staff, but now they don't even have that going for them. Save your money, go elsewhere."
