"An unfortunate late night incident with the driver led to us receiving food that was almost inedible. Called the manager and he immediately offered refund or credit. Was very understanding and obviously takes great pride in his business. Not only is their food delicious but the owners have integrity and believe in their service. Thank you for handling a negative experience with grace."
