"I enjoy this teriyaki restaurant because it's conveniently located near my home, and I've been there several times. My go-to dish is the teriyaki chicken breast. However, during my last visit, when I brought it home, I found that I received dark meat instead of the white meat I expected, and it was quite chewy. Normally, if I'm disappointed with a meal, I don't go back, but this time I decided to call and talk to the owner or manager. Unfortunately, she was quite dismissive and didn’t apologize. She mentioned she would give me some teriyaki chicken on the house, but her tone was not friendly. While I appreciate the offer to make me another chicken teriyaki, I would have preferred a more considerate attitude along with it. I specifically prefer chicken breast teriyaki."
