"We used to be regular customers, but my last experience was very disappointing. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and there was hardly any chicken—mostly just breading. Instead of getting the egg roll I asked for, I received a beef roll. When I called to discuss this with the owner, the girl who answered was incredibly rude. She even argued with me, insisting that I had ordered the beef roll, which I clearly did not! After I mentioned the issue with the sweet and sour chicken, her response was, “If you don’t like it, don’t order it again.” How can someone speak to a customer like that? Then she said the owner wasn’t available but would inform him, and she hung up on me! That girl needs to learn some courtesy and should be let go."
