"I have eaten at Charlie’s for years but recently I don’t know what it is but everything we’ve ordered has tasted very off of what it should and the orders incorrect! This evening was by far the worst. Steak and cheese with mushrooms and pickles. Nope steak and a slice of cheese. But that’s not the worst got a gyro sub first off it says 12 inch but on a pita but had ask for it on a sub roll but was only 6 when it clearly says 12 but for the price I understood but it tasted so bad that it had to be spit out! I don’t know changed but we will not be returning!!"

"I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and was disappointed. I got large shrimp in lobster sauce, large combination rice, two large sweet and sour chicken dishes, and four egg rolls. Unfortunately, the combination rice was completely missing. The shrimp in lobster sauce hardly had any shrimp in it, and the portion sizes were barely sufficient. I usually order this same size meal for my family of five, but this was only about half the amount of food, which is surprising given that I spent nearly $100. I will say that the food we did receive was tasty, but there just wasn't enough for my family to share."

"I made online purchase a few months ago with my credit card. Someone from your restaurant hacked it for small amounts. This past Saturday my daughter placed an order and her credit card was hacked for over $2000. I tried calling restaurant to let the owner know he had a dishonest employee. They told me he was not there very nasty and hung up. I will call again he should know. All purchased were made locally. Advising not to use your credit card when purchasing from this establishment."

"Great!. We've been living in hermitage for about a decade, and I remember seeing Superwok here quite early in our time. it is STILL one of our favorite restaurants for delivery, and we get food from there about once a month (used to be more often, but times are tight). a tip for those of us who love the pork roasted rice, but tend to let the white rice sit in the refrigerator 'until judgment day: you can ask that they have the white rice that comes with your duck for an order of pork fried rice (or one of their other fried rice). when we first discovered this, they did not calculate extra for it, and did not give you a smaller size of rice than you did, but we did it so long, I cannot say confidently if this is the case. even if they charge something extra, it is worth it."

"For appetizers, I got an egg roll and a spring roll. Both were golden and deep-fried, but surprisingly not greasy at all. They were packed with great flavor! My wife opted for the sweet and sour chicken and mentioned that it was very good, especially since she's not usually a big fan of Chinese food. She said she would happily order it again. I tried the Singapore Mei Fun and requested it extra spicy. The meat's flavor, combined with the extra hot oil I asked for (which may have been unnecessary), made for a truly satisfying dinner. It was delicious! I also ordered the house special fried rice, most of which will be saved for lunch tomorrow. I had a taste, and the flavor was spot-on—just right without being overwhelming. Since this was our first time ordering here, we'll see if the quality remains consistent, but for now, they did an outstanding job. It's safe to say this will be our go-to spot for Chinese food next time we crave it!"

"This restaurant has been our favorite for a few years now, but I believe they have taken on more than they can handle. I placed an order at 5:20 last night and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Since I work about an hour away, I placed the order before leaving work. When I arrived an hour later to pay, I was told that my food was still cooking with no time estimate. I decided to wait, assuming it would be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting another hour before my food was finally ready at 7:15. The food was delicious, but after working a 12-hour day and traveling an hour to get there, I did not want to spend another hour waiting for food that was promised to be ready in 45 minutes. I believe their partnership with food delivery services like Doordash and Grubhub may be taking a toll on their ability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If they prioritize app orders over direct calls, I will have to find another place to dine. Waiting two hours for a two-meal order is unacceptable."

"My sister in law recommended this place a while back. I decided to get dinner delivered so I called tomorrow place my order. Answered right away and I didn't have to ask many questions about the menu. Everything is pretty much straight forward if youare familiar with this place. If not they will answer any questions about the menu and what is included or excluded depending onthe dish. Just awesome. Everything I ordered arrived hot and within 20 minutes. Friendly delivery person. Now I have not been toNeighbor's Kitchen to dine in but I have ordered a few times and it's been great. Order is taken, they explain everything andit's delivered pretty quickly. Now the food is good, can't complain about anything I've gotten. Hot, tasty seasoned just right.I didn't take any pictures, but I should have just so you can see how presentable the food was, even in a container. I will keepyou posted if anything changes, good or bad, but so far it's been great. So try them out and let me know your experience indinning in. Great job guys."

"C26 Sesame Chicken was disappointing—overcooked and with a strange taste. I decided to try the lo mein for an extra charge, but I couldn't understand how anyone could enjoy it; the smell was terrible, and the flavor made me gag. It was reminiscent of what I would imagine a dirty floor would taste like. The #5 Fried Dumpling appetizer was passable—edible without the accompanying sauce, which was also unpleasant and tasted rancid. I really feel for locals looking for Chinese food; if this is their only option, it’s a shame. Additionally, I found it odd that the app required me to purchase water to place an order, but I thought, "Oh well, I’ll just drink it later since I’m staying in a hotel and have the Coke I actually wanted with my meal.""

When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was told that I could pay for the rice, even though I had already paid for it, and they insisted that it didn’t state that it included pork fried rice. The staff was extremely rude, and the whole experience was disappointing. I do not recommend this restaurant."

"i don't know how this place has 4 stars, i didn't even want to give it one. The guy who answered the phone was rude. It took forever to get my food he was rude when he dropped it off too) I ordered a shrimp lunch special and there were about 3shrimps in there, it was not spicy like i was told. The food was not good. This had to have been the worst Chinese food placethat i have ever ordered from. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!!"
