"I opted for the classic Pad Thai noodles with beef and the sticky rice wonton soup with egg noodles. I particularly enjoyed the non-sweet sticky rice in the wonton soup, which I preferred over the egg noodles. However, I would have preferred the wontons to be made of pork instead of chicken since the soup already had quite a few chicken chunks. The broth was delightful, though.
I found the beef in the pad thai to be rather thick and chewy; I would have liked it to be sliced thinner. Additionally, the Pad Thai noodles felt somewhat average and seemed to be missing something special, which keeps Thai Noodle King in Bellflower as my favorite spot for homestyle Thai cuisine. Overall, I'm looking forward to returning to this restaurant and trying more dishes in the near future."
