"Asien is one of the best Chinese food spots in the Lehigh Valley, offering a delightful variety of dishes from several other Asian countries, including Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and Indonesian cuisine. Despite the diverse menu, they manage to prepare everything remarkably well. They also serve some unique fusion dishes, like Chinese kimchi, which is wonderfully less spicy than traditional Korean kimchi. I've visited a few times, and I've always left feeling satisfied without the heavy feeling that often comes from fried foods. The service is prompt and attentive, although the atmosphere has a cozy, home-like feel that may not appeal to everyone. Personally, I find it a bit too intimate, but it’s not a major downside. Each time I’m there, I always end up taking leftovers home in a box. They also offer a great lunch special, with options starting as low as $6 if you arrive before 3 PM."
