"I'm not one to give a business one bad experience and immediately leave a bad review but this has been a recurring issue here for some time now where I will place an order and be told it will be ready in 10-15 minutes and I'll show up 20+ minutes later and my order either has been totally disregarded or hasn't even been started yet. I will no longer be frequenting this establishment. No apologies when an error has clearly been made and very poor service for mediocre food. I'll be driving across town to avoid ordering from here from now on."

"TERRIBLE!!!, Previously when I ordered... they took over an hour to deliver so I canceled. I haven't dealt with them for quite some time. I ordered from them again recently to see if things have changed.. and oh boy!, Have they. They always check your , and address when you call, and some how...they must have remembered previously some months ago that I canceled my order...they came, and my food was BURNT, HARD, AND DISCUSSTING!!!! "We placed a substantial order for our group today and were informed that there would be about an hour wait for the food. To our surprise, it arrived in just 30 minutes! Everything was exactly as we ordered, with not a single item missing. The food was packaged in a large box that kept everything separate. As an extra touch, they included two two-liter bottles of soda as a thank-you for our large order. Thank you, King Wok, for a wonderful evening! - Anthony"
