"The sushi/sashimi looked like someone used a chainsaw to cut some pieces, and I never thought I'd have to say that sushi was cut too thick. Most pieces were too thick compared to every other place we've had it. Most pieces were warm, and sushi/sashimi should not be warm. There was no pickled ginger, wasabi, etc. with all the sushi our party of four ordered. The sushi rolls they put together were grade C as they looked and tasted like cheap ingredients/sauces were used. While Kroger offers less variety, I'd grade their sushi much higher quality than what I had here. The place has obviously seen better days. You get the worn down, grimy feeling from it. We won't be back."
