"I began my meal with an iced green tea and a seaweed salad that featured wonderful flavor and a hearty serving. For appetizers, I opted for the soft shell crab—my personal favorite—served with a spicy tempura dipping sauce. I also sampled the Korean BBQ, which was remarkably tender and flavorful. The garlic albacore was decent, though it had a tanginess that was a bit stronger than I expected.
When it came to rolls, the Baked Alaskan roll was a delightful choice, while the cut salmon skin roll was also very tasty and expertly prepared. My all-time favorite roll here is the blue crab hand roll.
For sashimi, I highly recommend the seared Cajun salmon, which I consider my top choice, along with the Cajun tuna, which was good but didn’t quite measure up to the salmon. The uni was outstanding—fresh and of exceptional quality.
The staff was polite and friendly, which enhanced the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this sushi restaurant; it truly is my favorite ever!"
