"I Heart Cambodia is the most authentic Cambodian restaurant in south Philadelphia. I recommend getting the rice noodle with beef and meatball or Phnom Penh noodle. The flavor really remind me of my time in Cambodia. Considering how expensive food and groceries have inflated, their price haven’t gone up much. I overpaid by $20.00 and the waiter was honest and said I have him too much. He told me to count my money. I wasn’t too sure and he grab the owner to view the camera and return the additional $20.00. Very honest and humble restaurant owner in the heart of 7th st Philadelphia. Definitely go with large groups as the area may feel unsafe. It’s definitely worth the trip to try this Cambodian gem."
