"I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past five years; it's been my go-to spot for Chinese food delivery. Although the cleanliness could use some improvement, the food has always been good. Last night, I placed an online order at 8:25 PM, and they advertised that they were open until 10:30 PM. I received a confirmation email stating that my food would be delivered by 9:20 PM, which seemed like a long wait, but they usually overestimate the time.
When 9:30 PM came and I still hadn’t received my food, I started to get worried. I hadn’t received any emails aside from the initial confirmation, and there were no missed calls. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered; it just kept ringing. Finally, at 9:50 PM, I made the decision to drive to the restaurant myself. I got there just before 10:00 PM, and it was completely dark inside except for the cooler. The sign on the door said they were open until 10:30 PM. Luckily, it looks like my card wasn't charged, but this experience made it clear: I won’t be ordering from them again. They’ve lost a long-time customer."
