"I bought some chocolate eclairs from this bakery to celebrate my friend's birthday, and I have to say I was let down. It's quite challenging to find a bakery that knows how to make good eclairs. This is a classic French pastry, and honestly, if bakeries can't make it properly, they shouldn't attempt it at all. Having been born in Europe, I've had my fair share of authentic eclairs. The only place in the U.S. that comes close to making genuine eclairs is the Paris hotel in Las Vegas. Bakeries could really benefit from consulting with them to perfect their recipe."
