"We really wish we had checked recent reviews before our visit because it seems nothing has improved since they were last written. Upon entering, it felt as though we were standing at the carryout pickup area, but when we asked if we could dine in and seat ourselves, we were met with indifference.
We settled into a booth with my husband and our 4-year-old, waiting for a waiter to come over. Instead, the waiter simply walked past us to the back. Another couple came in and sat in a different booth, and the waiter immediately took their order without even acknowledging our presence. They received their food and drinks before we even had the chance to place our order—almost an hour after we arrived! By the time our food finally arrived, the other couple was already departing.
We also noticed the management sitting around, seemingly absorbed in their phones. The server's name on our receipt was Elijah. Although the food was good, the overall service experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on Pizza King. We left feeling quite let down."
