"I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the server described various ingredients, toppings, and a pickle that would come with it. However, I ended up ordering a half sandwich and an iced drink, but later realized I had paid for a full sandwich (plus a tip, totaling $11). When it arrived, the sandwich contained only a few pieces of chicken, a slice of tomato, and no pickle.
My friend was also disappointed with the bowl she ordered. Although we didn't take our issues back to the server, we probably should have. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that we felt needed to be shared."
