They were completely inedible, so I ended up giving them to my dogs. What a frustrating experience!"

"Had been coming to this location for about 2 years now and then when the KFC urge stricks. Have never really had any issues, but the drive through attendant is simply not tall enough to be working the window. Most recent visit she spilled my drink handing it to me then asks if I want napkins before I put it in my car, obviously yes I take care of my car. The topper for why I will be going somewhere else for now on is when the manager gave me my food I asked if she could throw the napkins away, her response had me seeing red no I cannot take that then promptly slammed the window closed. So your employee spills my drink, I have to clean it up and you won 't even throw out the napkins leaving me to now have pop covered napkins in my car. I might as well had left my drink covered in pop to begian with."

"Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is always hot and cooked to perfection! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they greet you with warm smiles each time. My favorite is Yesenia; she consistently has a great attitude and knows my order better than I do! She truly is an outstanding employee, and I appreciate the whole team here. "The food at this KFC was as expected—KFC is pretty consistent wherever you go. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There were cones blocking part of the drive-thru, which was confusing. Since there was no one behind me, I drove straight to the window. Instead of taking my order, the employee told me to drive all the way back around to the ordering station. While I complied without making a fuss, he could’ve easily taken my order right there. When I finally circled back and ordered, the same employee seemed irritated, barely spoke, and wasn’t friendly at all. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but it probably would’ve been better for him to take the day off. Because of this experience, I’ll think twice before returning to this KFC."

During my recent visit to the state, I had to stop by the KFC on Grant Ave. First and foremost, the chicken was piping hot—not the lukewarm stuff you find at other places. It was juicy and packed with flavor! And the thickness? The chicken breast must have been about 1-1/4 inches thick and perfectly crispy. The sauce was also delicious. I really wish there was a KFC like this where I live—everything here is just half as good! After all, driving four hours just for a sandwich can feel like a bit much. Do yourself a favor and give it a try; you won't regret it!"

"The team working the evening shift around 6 PM on Monday, August 1st, at the Debarr location was exceptional! My order was taken promptly as soon as I pulled up, and the woman on the speaker was quick and efficient. The young man at the window was pleasant and relaxed, even though they were extremely busy; he even made small talk about the weather! As we started to pull away, my daughter realized she wanted an extra mac and cheese and a soda, so we parked and went inside. The young man at the counter was very friendly and quick, even though it was clear they were busy. When we got home and started eating, everything tasted fresh, hot, and amazing! "This is a combination, Kentucky fried chicken and Taco Bell. I ordered from the Taco Bell side today. The number three which is a burrito supreme, and a taco supreme. The taco supreme was super crunchy which told me it was fresh taco shells and I loved it. The burrito supreme I had special ordered, but somehow it just didn’t come out right and I couldn’t finish it. Service was great. Prices a little high for just one person but that’s how it is nowadays. For being a duo kitchen restaurant, they actually are on top of each of the different stations. The KFC side is delicious and fresh. Never a problem with them, and the Taco Bell side is equally as good.
