"The hot wings were quite disappointing; they were lacking in spice and were overly salty, fried too much, and heavily breaded. They didn't even taste fresh. I have no plans to return! The only bright spot was that the staff member was friendly."

"Ordered my food. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I pull up 30 minutes later my pizza was done but my chicken wasn't. They had me sit for 6 minutes then park in the parking lot for 6 minutes. I drove around come back sat for another 6 minutes. They told me to go sit behind the building. I sat behind the building for another 6 minutes before just going up and getting a refund and them trying to hand me my pizza that had been sitting there for 30. Some odd minutes and the chicken do not go here. It's by far the worst gionino's in addition, I hope they did not steal from me. The receipt he gave me isn't even actually my receipt. It just says that my order was voided so if they took $30 I'll be I'm sure to take further action with the BBB and whoever else I need to."
