"Today the manager on duty was not in a good mood. I felt as though I interrupted him when I patiently waited for him while he made calls trying to get employees to come in. I waited to place my orders for myself and coworkers and he was in such a rush to get me out his hair so I placed my other orders through the drive thru. The bread on my BBQ sandwich was wet and nasty. This is a first time I've experienced unacceptable service at Smithfield Chicken and BBQ. The receipt is the drive thru order."
