"I'm here after the online order. I was at this place before and never had any problems before. but this special time when I went to pick up my order, they said they had to see my ID to confirm that it was my order. because I was not aware of this new directive until I was in charge, I had neither my ID nor went back to my car to get it because I had my child with me, for whom the pizza was. I didn't expect me to have an identity check just to pick up my pizza. Once I said I didn't have my id, they told me they had to call my phone. what doesn't make sense is that they just looked at the online transaction reception I showed them from my phone. they refused to do this, they were very stubborn to call my phone, only confirm that I pick up the right person who picks up my order. when he saw my phone number, which was listed on the acknowledgement, was not ringing, they refused my pizza because they could not identify who I was after them. my phone was still so that at this moment I didn't know why I didn't see the load number calling. I suppose they had men in the past, who commanded steal. when I showed them the number they called from the advertisement in my call log, they refused my pizza that was already paid! but somehow when I asked about my refund, they were very willing to give me my refund without asking for the same id they needed for me to get my pizza. they did not mention that I called my phone to confirm who I was to make sure they returned money to the right person who ordered. that didn't make any sense! I came into the same day and I have to hear another answer."

"We waited as we watched two families who arrived after us order and receive their meals within 5 to 10 minutes, yet we still hadn’t received our appetizer. I understand that things can get busy, so I tried to stay patient. Unfortunately, our server never returned to refill our drinks or check on us, neither before nor after the appetizer arrived. When our main courses finally arrived, they were brought out one at a time, with one of our orders missing. After bringing this to our server's attention, he informed us that our order had been overlooked, even though it was clearly listed on the ticket. He promised to send it through right away. However, 20 minutes later, we still had not received it. A large group came in about 20 minutes after us and seemed to monopolize the staff's attention, but that didn’t justify our long wait or the poor service we experienced prior. To make matters worse, a gentleman with his two kids sat down shortly after us and didn’t receive menus until they had been there for 20 minutes, prompting him to call out for help. After waiting a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes without getting all of our food, I decided to speak with the manager about our experience. I pointed out how many patrons had been overlooked due to the rush from the large group. She did apologize, removed the unserved meal from our bill, and I believe she also offered us a discount. Overall, the staff at Ledo's fell short this evening. And to top it off, they burned my son’s garlic bread."
