"The yellowtail sashimi was fantastic, buttery smooth and they even gave me an extra piece- the red snapper, on the other hand, was tough and mealy as though it had been frozen and thawed multiple times (that or it was just an older fish with lower quality meat, not sure which would say more about their overall quality). I wasn't particularly crazy about the ramen either as the one I had was incredibly sweet but I haven't had much experience with restaurant ramen so I have no point of comparison, the one thing I can say confidently is that the pork was quite tough. Service was great considering how packed it was but ending my meal with gritty fish kind of killed the experience for me. I doubt I'll be returning as there is better quality sushi closer to me but it's good to know there's an option when I'm in ehamp and I would give them another chance in a pinch."
