"I ordered a meatlover's pizza for takeout from this restaurant. When I got home, I realized that there was no meat on the pizza. I called the restaurant from Google Maps and was told they don't make pizzas. Confused, I called the same number from their brochure and this time they agreed to replace the pizza. I had to return to the restaurant to exchange the pizzas, which was inconvenient. Although the replacement pizza was good, the service was poor. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the pizza was tasty, but the overall experience after spending $50 on food was frustrating."

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive; the bartenders are knowledgeable and more than willing to share their favorites, even if they aren't on the menu. I love coming here with my family. It's a place where everyone is welcome—even children can enjoy dinner during the day. I've brought my mother, sister, and kids, and they always have a great time. The dining area in the back is perfect for families, and the servers even provide coloring materials for the kids while they wait. Overall, this place has great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere."

"The food was good, and Katie was very sweet and attentive to us. However, one downside to dining in is that there was no air conditioning. When we asked Katie about it, she went next door to get the remote to turn it on, but it didn't work. The owners were next door, enjoying the cool air while the customers and employees were uncomfortably hot. I'm not sure if I'll return, as it seemed like the employees were being mistreated. It was actually cooler outside than inside the restaurant."
