"We used to visit Hanami frequently, but after the change of ownership, we were hesitant to give it a try. However, we decided to take a chance and ordered dinner tonight. When I called in our order, the lady accidentally hung up on me but called back twice, which actually convinced us to place the order since we were considering going elsewhere. That's what I call excellent customer service! She informed us that our food would be ready in 20-30 minutes. We arrived a little early, so I'd say her timing was pretty accurate, though we did have to wait a few minutes for the food to finish. When we got home, the food was hot and there was plenty of it! We will definitely be returning! A big thank you to the kind lady who called us back and, if I’m not mistaken, also brought the food out to our car when it was ready."
