"**2021:** Absolutely disgusting! This place has really gone downhill in terms of the quality of food they serve. What used to be one of my favorites is now firmly on my 'never return' list. The oil they used for frying was burned. The crab cheese had a sour taste. All the fried foods were bitter because of the burnt oil. My Almond Boneless Chicken had a small piece of burnt chicken and was mostly vegetables – when did Almond Boneless Chicken come with vegetables? I like vegetables, but the first bite I took had a mushroom in it, and I quickly realized it was rotten! The mushrooms were mushy and tasted terrible. I’m not one to complain, and I usually enjoy my Chinese food even if it’s just mediocre, but after a few bites of my meal, I actually had to throw it up. I returned the food for a refund after calling ahead, but instead of an apology, the staff criticized me for it and tried to defend the rancid food they had served. I am appalled by their lack of concern and the poor quality of the food they are offering now. Never again."

"I have been eating here for around 6 months. However, my mom and niece have been eating here for quite a while. Their food has always been really good and the service has been excellent. I can't really say anything about the atmosphere because I call my order in, and it's ready to pick up when I arrive, so I have never eaten there or been there any longer than maybe 2 minutes. I've never gotten my order wrong or anything missing. Everyone who has checked me out has been very friendly also. The only thing that I can complain about would be their chicken chow main. It would be absolutely perfect if they put more snow peas in it, less celery, and smaller pieces of onions, more crunchy noodles, and no rice. However, the Chow Mein is absolutely delicious now. I just order extra crispy noodles and no rice, although they always give me the rice anyway. I would definitely tell anyone who wants to order good Chinese food that Great Wall is one of the best in Wayne County."

"Unbelievable. Placed order. Told 1hr. 1hr 45 minutes later the driver calls from his car to try to tell me to come get my food. This is like ordering curbside pickup but parking across the street. I told the driver go to the Back. He says OK. I go standout back for 5 mins and nothing I try calling back and nothing. So I start to go back inside and he finally comes walking fromthe Front! SMH. Then whatever. We sit down to FINALLY eat. Plates served let's chow. Nope this trash is tasteless, there isabsolutely no flavor. 2 chicken dishes, GARLIC chicken and CASHEW chicken. Smelled like garlic, tasted like nothing but boiledchicken and bell peppers. Cashew chicken, we counted all 8 cashews. Wow. Also no flavor none zip zero zilch. Tastes exactly likethe garlic chicken minus the ever so slight heat from the chili in the garlic chicken. Then the WAY over priced walnut shrimp.So bland, basically just unseasoned fried shrimp. The sauce again had no flavor! We thought we had covid and lost our sense oftaste. Then we tried the soy sauce and guess what! It tasted like soy sauce! I highly highly do not recommend this place. Iwent off the rating but that clearly is wrong. Or the hundreds of people who would not eat here again just did not think it wasworth their time to review."
