I tried using the house phone, and the woman on the line insisted that a manager would call me back. I explained that I had been waiting for almost an hour and asked why my numbers were blocked, but she kept repeating the same information without answering my questions.
Finally, about ten minutes later, a man from the restaurant called, questioning why I was calling from different numbers. He then said that they could make my order now, nearly three hours later. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and told him I would never order from their establishment again. I definitely won't be returning to this unprofessional place!"
