"When our bartender, whose name I believe was Melissa, finally approached us, she asked for our drink orders. I requested a whiskey old-fashioned, but before I could finish or ask her a follow-up question, she turned to my husband for his order. I clarified that I wasn’t done and inquired if they had peach schnapps. She replied no and asked my husband again what he wanted. He understood that I hadn’t finished ordering, so I reiterated my question about the type of whiskey.
At this point, her demeanor shifted drastically. She became noticeably impatient and responded with a condescending tone, asking what type of whiskey I preferred. Her attitude, facial expressions, and overall lack of courtesy were incredibly off-putting. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave.
It was difficult to even get her name, let alone the manager’s. We will not be returning to this establishment, and I’ll definitely be advising our friends and family to steer clear of it. When I spend my money, I expect to receive good customer service."
