As far as Americanized Chinese food goes, this was pretty good and the portions are substantial for what you pay. The prep may nothave been the most presentable, but every bite had such a wonderful flavor that I 've still found difficulty recreating inrecipes, as I do with a lot of Chinese joints. (mirin, rice wine and MSG with refrigerated rice is a huge tip that people don 'trealize, with a very small splash of toasted sesame oil. Works wonders for any fried rice recipe) I left a very large tip for mywonderful Thanksgiving dinner which is the only time I ever eat out other than Christmas. Not sure why they only have a 3.6 starrating. My order was correct and delicious. Mongolian beef combo/pork fried rice, egg rolls, pork dumplings. Always ask for theduck sauce even though its all sugar. They have so much food on their menu I almost couldn 't decide. I could notice thatdelicious taste of the other things have been cooked on the pots&pans over the years at this place. Now I truly understand whyit 's called seasoning a pan. Eventually it pulls in those deep umami flavors that give me and endless sense of nostalgia fromchildhood. Thank you for the meal, and I am sure to return again soon."
