"very fast Chinese food. in the inner of the call in the order, I stopped by and they said it takes only about 5 minutes for two roasted chicken dishes and a row of the steamed dumplings. this is while they call many and had several submissions ready to go. the food quality was simply in order and the prices have risen a bit to about $14-15 for their special dishes. they threw into a few ginger-ales, which was also a nice supplement. portions were quite large. we would have been good with a command of general tso’s huh and the knödeln. but the orange chicken was very sharp as promised, so we're glad we didn't just order that."

"Excellent! I was impressed by the flavors in the Ma Po Tofu and the fresh veggies in the vegetable Chow Fun (although the latter needed to be spiced up with some garlic chili paste at home). Nothing was too oily! The delivery was very fast, and my delivery person was friendly. Great value for the price! This is going to be my go-to takeout spot in Sunnyside."

"The guy who leads this place is very friendly and nice. The food is always decent, better than the average Chinese food place on Long Island. They are usually quite fast, but in the obvious nights where no one wants to cook, slammed. This shows their quality. There are a million Chinese food sites on a long island, but this place actually builds a line from time to time; the locals like them."

"After a night of drinking, I always find myself craving a Hichser for the next day's recovery. Luckily, Emptying House came through with their General Tso's chicken. I just wish there was more broccoli included; I know many people prefer chicken, but a bit more greens wouldn't hurt. And is it too much to ask to find a Chinese takeout where the General Tso's actually has some heat? My search for the perfect spicy version continues..."

"I really dislike leaving a negative review for a local small business, but I have to share my experience. I was very hungry, and the food I received was reminiscent of a cheap frozen dinner from a dollar store. I was genuinely frustrated. I spent over $15 on a combination plate, but the portion was so small it looked like a child's meal. If the food had been exceptional, I wouldn't have minded, but it was bland and just mediocre. Honestly, I can make better boneless spare ribs at home using my George Foreman grill. I ordered chicken fried rice, but received pork fried rice instead. I've never seen such high prices for Chinese food before. I could have had a better meal at PF Chang's for less, but I always try to support local mom-and-pop establishments when I can."

"This is my partner and I’s favorite place to get chinese. The lady at the counter is so kind and always says “Hello my friends!”. She amazed me by speaking spanish with a customer today as well. The food is delicious and consistent. Good prices too. I love the seame tofu and my partner always gets the fried chicken and pork fried rice. I definitely recommend this place!"

"I ordered Steamed Dumplings (which were the best thing out of all this, those were good) Combination Fried Rice and Combination Lo Mein as well as a Small Hot N Sour Soup. Everything outside of the Dumplings were extremely Bland! I ended up adding my own Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and White Pepper to both the Rice and Lo Mein which made it taste the way it SHOULD have from the beginning which let me know they didn 't really add any seasonings (or little at best) when normally it 's Garlic, Ginger at the minimum! The portion is mostly Rice or Noodles and there is for sure some bits of Protein; More Chicken then anything and a few slices of Beef and 1 Shrimp in each. I went on a Friday at around 4 but I ordered in advance for pickup it was prepared on Time and it WAS Hot still actually surprisingly hot because I had stopped to get a Soda and Gas afterwards and it was all plenty hot by the Time I got home (about 10minutes) I appreciate that I didn 't have to wait and that the Food was Hot but if I wanted bland Rice Lo Mein that I had to season myself I could just buy some Frozen stuff from the Store and do that. I cannot put this as average because tbh I felt like I should 've just went to Panda Express and just got their Chow Mein (their Rice is awful tho, much worse than this place)"

"The food was decent, but not exceptional. The honey chicken turned out to be just sweet and sour chicken drizzled with honey sauce. The batter on the chicken was too thick and spongy, lacking the desired crispiness. As for the beef fried rice, it was surprisingly devoid of any beef, making it essentially vegetable fried rice. However, it still had a good flavor. The fried rice and shrimp lo mein were quite tasty (despite the absence of beef), and the chicken chow mein was also enjoyable. The dumplings were merely average; I've definitely had better, as they were a bit dry. My husband felt the sesame chicken was just alright as well."

"Literally amazing every single time. We live in kenhorst and always drive a few extra minutes or pay for delivery from jade garden because it is on POINT. The chicken, lo mein, and rice are always perfect. They usually toss in a free rice which is greatly appreciated. And don’t EVEN get me started in their crab Rangoon. Absolute perfection. I was so shocked to see the reviews because we’ve been ordering from here for years and anytime we’ve gone elsewhere we’ve had issues!!! But NEVER a single issue here. The pricing is good, the food is better. If you’re craving Chinese RUN, don’t walk ‍"
