"This location doesn't care if you get what you ordered and paid for. Lately I never get my whoppers with cheese or nuggets with sauce. Just happened again and I just paid for a delux chicken sandwich meal with bacon. They gave me a regular chickensandwich. I pay but do not get what I paid for. The obviously are telling me to go away and I will. You should stay away too ifyou like paying and getting what was asked for."

"The service was quite frustrating; the staff didn’t seem to hear or understand me at all. You have to drive up to the window to place your order, so make sure everything is correct and double-check your order. "I walk in in from driving 2 hours, to order food and use the bathroom. There's a sign on the men's room that says bathroom closed. On the women's bathroom door, it says the restroom is for paying customers only. I bought two meals and asked to use thebathroom to which I was told the men's bathroom is closed. I said, I see that. May I use the women's restroom. No he tells me. Iask to see the manager. She also said no. I didn't freak out. They bring me my food to the counter. I ask for fry sauce. Theydon't carry it any more. Do you even care about customers? You lost me. I won't be back for at least a couple of years so enjoymy twenty bucks or whatever."

"I went to the drive through to get a quarter pound double cheese burger and received a Whopper junior with cheese. I went in to exchange the burger they argued with me about it and I left with the wrong order... I also notice a bunch of kids loitering in the lobby making other patrons uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and the help didn 't seem happy... Manager was rude... Way to keep up with you 're motto Have it your way Tried to find a way to email their corporate office but yet again Burger King has no feedback form on their website. "Brunette working the drive thru around 4:50 pm today was really rude. She gave me my food and drink saying nothing. I asked for ketchup she shut the window. She would probably say she didnt hear me but she wasnt paying attention to me. Then she opened it back up after about 15 seconds and said nothing. I asked for ketchup again. She didnt day anything and had this ho hum look and gave me some ketchup. What do you know. After the drive thru i looked in the bag. Neither of sauces i asked for and no napkins. So i had to walk back in.the lady who took my order was nice. She asked if i wanted sauces when she took my order. She helped me when i walked back in.Some people need to leave their problems at home. Or if u dont like working there find somewhere else where you can be a positive and ni e person. I have never did a review about a drive thru."

"Incredibly rude front counter manager. Went in around noon today to place an order and was told they only had one register open and it was for drive through customers. I was told I could order if I wanted to wait until the long line of drive through customers had been served. With a 30 minute lunch I didn't have the time for that and turned to leave, only to find they had locked the doors to keep anyone else from coming in. This was lunch time on a week day. The manager or whoever she is was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to serve any more customers than was absolutely necessary. It's a shame, because their food is generally pretty good, but the front counter or store manager with the long, gaudy, fake fingernails needs to be fired."

"The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, andI should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It wasvery embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from thisstore, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers."

"Nothing Like leaving a charger for your headphones on a dining table (shellcase that can only fit the particular headphones) calling into the restaurant 20 minutes later, and the person answering the phone refuses to even look at the table or in the general vicinity of it, or dare ask any other employees who may have been cleaning the front of house if they had seen it!Great customer service, appreciate that they couldn't take literally 10 seconds to go look at a table instead of standing behind the counter without any effort whatsoever.Have it your way indeed, if your way is to be degraded!"

Who I presume was her manager tried to calm her down, but it only made the employee angrier. I don 't know what her problem was, but I guess dropping the name 'McDonald 's ' while talking about Spongebob was enough to push her over the edge."

"I really enjoy this Burger King. The staff are typically very friendly, the food is always fresh, and the shake machines are reliable. What really brings me back to the drive-thru, though, is how much they adore my dog. They often sneak him a nugget or two in the bag, which he absolutely loves. "It was not good first thing to mention is that we got the wrong order, my wife got me the original chicken sandwich and it was made wrong I asked for no cheese..... and add tomato ,onion and bacon my wife ordered the bacon king and the whole order was wrong ,i called the store and they said they would replace our order the next time we come back, i say a week later we got our replacement meal and it was no better the fries were warm at best and soggy my original chicken sandwich looked like it was just sloped together way too much mayo I had to wipe it off my wife couldn't eat hers it was cold as well her bun was soggy and so was her fries the person at the window was rude and acted like she hated her job as much as we spent on our meal it could've been hot very disappointing service If you're going to treat your customers right do it the first time"

"I got trapped in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting to just order. I should have known better given it was lunch and there were only 4 cars in the drive through (locals know better). Anyway, they have a duel lane thing for ordering and I got stuck between the guy trying to order and the person behind me. When I got to the window they said to please wait. I waited 10 minutes and then just left. Whole lunch break shot. Between the yelp reviews and Google reviews going back years I would say to avoid this location completely. It’s obviously mismanaged."

"This location is terrible!Few things first... In my teenage-young adult days I worked at several fast food places. So I know how they 're supposed to look, handle food and keep things stocked maintained.When we came in, the aesthetic of the restaurant was that of an older burger king as there was a walkway to direct people where to walk clearly 1980s tables(like old days) not the biggest deal there.Then the drink station area was old counters of a commercial kitchen that have seen better days. When you go to get a drink(a more modern machine than anything else I 've seen at this point), out of the 1000 different options, only 3 drink options are available.I came in, not crazy familiar with the menu (and part of their menu screen is off or probably not working so I can 't see everything) said I just need a small burger with only x,y z on it and before I finished she interrupted to say so a cheeseburger... with only a c on it with attitude. I told her the correct way I ordered it.When I mentioned the soda was out, they said we can fill it back here (in drive thru). My boyfriend with the cup came towards them and he must 've not heard so he asked if they could fill it. The 2nd lady said yeah, that 's why I said I could fill it back here all snobby like. Like for real?Then our food was done and they forgot our sauce and I asked for it. No response. Didn 't even acknowledge us. Just gave us the sauce.The cleanliness of the restaurant, tables, windows, front door, etc. Is disgusting...?If you want attitude thrown your way at an unmaintained, dirty fast food place, this is the place for you!"

"The gm is discuting she was in the store picking her nose while making food. When I asked to speak to a manger because I saw it through window at drive thru she came to the window. I told her I seen her picking her nose and asked for refund. She got rude called me white trash threw food at me through window and told me to go to hell.Yet she's the gm and supposed to be professional but got mad because I caught her picking her nose while handling our food and asked for refund. I made a police report and everything today about the treatment of the general manager I received and being called white trash because she was caught picking her nose.It was a $50 dollar. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff appeared severely understaffed and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on their work, they were gossiping and laughing, claiming their incompetence was due to a lack of training. We waited an hour just for two Whoppers and some chicken fries, while the employees continued to mess around and even told customers to "go away" at the drive-through. It's evident that Burger King is not hiring qualified staff. The wait was definitely not worth it, and I would not recommend visiting this location."

"I ordered the family bundle and they forgot to include my two fries. The burgers were well seasoned and had a generous amount of condiments. It's rare to find a well-seasoned burger at a fast food restaurant these days! Unfortunately, I did not receive my two fries that were supposed to be included in the meal, which was disappointing for some of the recipients. The nuggets were not very fresh, but still tasty."
