"This used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants, but now what a disappointment. I set an order for lunch to leave the young man who took my order that before my daughter and I were there and order pork friend rice(seafood allergy). When we came home, I got a pinch of shrimp-fried rice back, they apologized and prepared another order. It came home and shrimp fried rice. We called back to get more excuses, was said we could come back, but we left. They'd be credited to the phone number. So the young consultant said that there were no loans in connection with the number in fact there was no record of us ever ordered from this facility, but he advised that I could talk to the manager when I came to pick up my order. Obviously he spoke to some others who tried to get the manager, I think she said his name was Mike Address the problem, but his answer was that he didn't hear that. So I wondered to talk to the manager and when the young lady came back, she said his answer was? I'm too busy and he refused to address the matter. For the record it is not the amount it was using or without the credit that was due to us, but the fact that you think you are too busy to deal with a customer’s concerns. You were not busy when you gave me the wrong order, not once, but twice, and I was patient and understood, even if you gave me something I was allergic to. #1 Chinese cuisine you suck or should I tell Mike. Cudos to the 2 people who tried to help"
