"I decided to give Gino's another try despite a negative experience I had a few weeks ago. During my previous visit, one of the employees handled my cash while wearing gloves. She used those same gloves to take my order and process my payment, and then proceeded to make my pizza without changing or cleaning her hands, despite the signs reminding staff to do so. I informed the manager about this issue, and she remade my food, which I thought would lead to better handling practices in the future. "I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I called to place a pickup order, the first thing the woman said was, “please hold,” and then she set the phone down. I ended up listening to her and her coworkers chatting and laughing for over 10 minutes before the call disconnected. I decided to place an online order instead and drove to the restaurant. After a long wait, one of the staff members finally informed me that it would take another 7 minutes and asked me to move my car to the Tudor’s window. Instead of 7 minutes, it took an additional 25 minutes before I had to flag down a cook who asked for my name. Overall, it was quite frustrating."

"We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and one cheese pizza, and they were absolutely delicious! The pizzas featured what seemed to be fresh mozzarella, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. They were cooked to perfection. Usually, when we visit other Gino's locations, the pizzas taste like frozen ones, but not this Gino's. If all Gino's made pizzas like this, they would have a winner on their hands. I live about 35 to 40 minutes away, but I would gladly make the trip just for this pizza. Plus, our server Caleb was really friendly. Other Gino's locations could take a lesson from the Campbell's Creek Gino's on how to make great pizza!"

"We have ordered from various locations around the Kanawha Valley. We are in Charleston but order from Dunbar for the quality of the food and the fact that it’s ready when they say it will be. If accuracy of your order is important, this is your Gino’s. This is in my opinion the most professional Gino’s in customer service and food quality. I order from them and go out of my way to pick it up because I value great service, accuracy and quality. Dunbar is our go to."

"I had the worst pizza experience ever. I wish I had bought 12 pizzas for the same price I paid for 3 here! The quality was mediocre at best, and I'm being generous by saying that. "I totally understand and appreciate establishments that hire and employ teens…. However it might be lucrative if their was at least one adult scheduled per shift to avoid major loss of sales. Call after 9pm to this Gino’s and you will get an array of creative excuses as to why they can’t make anything you would think of ordering"
