"My sister and her husband live in Thomaston and often go to Rozzi. You always say the food is excellent. This Saturday I was in Thomaston with a friend and he suggested we go to Rozzi for breakfast. First visit and I was impressed. Very clean land style diner and waiters are super friendly and attentive. I saw some people I knew and some of them are very close friends of me. My friend ordered the thick-cut maple bacon with eggs and toast. I had a special day. The Pork Carnitas Omelett. A three omelet filled with pork carnitas, pepperjack cheese, fresh salsa with hints of fresh Zilantro, picked onions, covered with fresh avocado, served with local frits and toast. Tons of taste in this omelet. As I mentioned, it had only a hint of Cilantro in him that brightens the taste of the pig. I hear the Bisquits and the Gravy are the best. I have this for my next breakfast visit. My brother-in-law said I had to try her burgers. I like to go to places that offer unique gourmet specialities and Rozzi is sure to fit in."
