"Food here is pretty good-check.Service here is pretty good-check.Customer Service here is GREAT-checkWhy the low/average review. The LOBBY is never open! Long lines to get food. I understand if this was when COVID-19 rates were high and at the beginning. BUT why now? If its lack of staff that is your owners/manager concern (another review) and am sure trying to address hiring people but in the mean time maybe that owner needs to step up and come in and support their staff. I don't understand why the lobby can't be open during peak lunch hours as well and then shut the doors say at 2pm for walk in's for the day.As a person who is on their lunch break I can't afford to stay in a line for 10 minutes because there are 4 or more cars in line-I drive by."
