"My husband, my mother-in-law (when she was alive), and I used to frequent this restaurant at least twice a week. I recently tried their delivery service and ordered the orange chicken on either June 28th or 29th. The total cost was $30, including a $5 tip. Unfortunately, the quality of both the food and service has declined significantly. The orange chicken I received was incredibly spicy, to the point where it was inedible. Even my husband, who loves spicy food, could not eat it. When I called to complain, they simply brushed it off, saying I should have specified my preference for milder food. I enjoy spicy food, but this was beyond that - it was like torture. I have never experienced such extreme heat from a dish before. I took one bite and immediately knew I could not eat it. I would not recommend this restaurant. The decline in food quality and lack of concern for customer satisfaction make it a disappointing dining experience."
