"The staff at this restaurant is rude and unprofessional. We’ve had a negative experience before when we picked up our food, as the woman at the counter was consistently unfriendly. Tonight, we ordered delivery, but the restaurant sent our order with the wrong driver. When our driver arrived to collect the food, there was no explanation, and they refused to retrieve the order. This situation wasted both our time and the driver’s. Although the food is decent, the poor customer service has made me decide not to return. It could definitely use improvement."
