"We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes before a waitress acknowledged us, and the delay in receiving our food was shocking. When it finally arrived, my fries were cold. I let the waitress know, and while she took them back, it took another 10 minutes to bring me a fresh batch that was overcooked and inedible. Unfortunately, she never returned to check on us, and we ended up having to ask a janitor for our bill. My husband ordered chicken strips, which he also found to be quite disappointing. The waitress was unresponsive and didn’t come back to our table, which only added to our frustration. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of both time and money. When we settled the bill, she was rude and wouldn’t even look us in the eye. I would not recommend dining here; I will definitely be sharing my negative experience with anyone in search of a place to eat."
