"This is a small cozy restaurant a little bit off Ella next to Big Tex storage that we first tried about two months ago. They have both spicy and non spicy dishes with lunch specials every day. My wife loves their sweet and sour shrimp, while I lean towards the spicy side of the menu, such as Hunan Triple Delight. The food is prepared fresh and HOT! You will want to let it chill a bit before digging in. It's that hot and fresh. The portions are very generous and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and the owner will come out and talk with us each time we're there. Any of the spicy dishes can be made more or less spicy depending on how you like it. The pictures are from when I ordered the House Lo Mein which is beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetables served with a pile of noodles and tasty sauce. We also ordered pork fried dumplings (potstickers) which you can also get steamed. The lunch specials are available from 11am to 3pm everyday, and include steamed or fried rice and your choice of soup. This is NOT a buffet, but a made to order restaurant and you can taste the difference. The style of food is primarily Cantonese, with other styles included. This is our new go to place for Chinese and we'll be back again and again. They also offer carryout and delivery for those who are in a hurry and want their food got when they get home or back to the office. They are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 10pm. CLOSED MONDAYS."
