"I'm quite particular when it comes to sushi, and for me, the quality of the food matters more than the restaurant’s design or location. The rice at Buffalo Sushi Express is flawless, and the presentation deserves extra praise. The balance between the rice and the other ingredients creates a perfectly composed sushi plate. The wasabi is freshly made, adding to the overall freshness. I usually drop by after work and have loved it from my very first visit. I look forward to coming back repeatedly to try everything on the menu. Another highlight is the Chef’s friendliness—his constant smile brightens the atmosphere and enhances the dining experience."
