However, the crowds can lead to slow service, making it challenging to stop by for lunch without risking being late back to work. Just last week, I called to place a pickup order and was told to hold for one minute, but no one ever came back to me. I ended up driving to the restaurant to place my order in person, and I mentioned to the staff that they could hang up on my call."
