"We were underwhelmed with our experience last week. The one bright spot in our evening was Brett, who was friendly, funny and professional. I would give him 5 stars. After being seated, it felt like we were an annoyance to our server. Not an ounce of warmth or charm. We were never asked if we needed a refill of our drinks and it took a long time for her to swing by our table. Neither of us had any desire to finish our meals which included the carne asada tacos and the mac and cheese. The meat ? was slim, overcooked and tough. The mac and cheese was an odd texture and barely warm. The tots appetizer was ok. We ate more of that than our meals. When our server finally noticed we weren't eating and we said we didn't want it boxed, she then asked if there was anything wrong. I told her the tacos weren't good and only at that moment did she show any personality and said she would remove them from the bill, which I appreciated. Again, chatting with Brett upon leaving, was a bright spot."
