"We took a last minute trip north from Boston to spend a long weekend in Canada, starting in Montreal and continuing to Ottawa. We decided to break away from the usual places we haunt and try something new for us. Europea was that experience for us. Normally booked well in advance, the concierge at our nearby hotel was able to get use the chef's table looking directly into the kitchen. It was as fascinating to watch our food being prepared as it was was delicious to eat. Our server Sacha was helpful in helping us choose wine from the great list. We normally are quite modest in our choices, but we splurged and were rewarded with some of the best glasses we have had anywhere! Chef's surprises were many and delicious. My scallops on asparagus risotto with cremolata was amazing, as was my wife's veal cheeks cooked in clay with a potato tart.We can't say enough about this meal, or server Sacha, or the immaculate and efficient kitchen line Chef Ferrer commands. It is a pricy meal both one of high value in our opinion. Highly recommended."

"I love going to the Banff Springs for High Tea, and this time they were able to accommodate our request for a window seat and my gluten-sensitivity. All of the food was excellent. I wasn't super crazy about the devilled ham sandwich but I highly enjoyed everything else, and I always love the scone, cream and preserves. While I absolutely love Darjeeling tea, I find their particular selection a bit weak. I've had Darjeeling tea all over Europe and this one just tastes weak, even if you continuously steep it. I've had it twice and both times it was just, meh. I do think they should consider allowing take out boxes for anything you don't consume. They kinda force you into a food coma, as you've paid $90 for this tower of food but you're forced to eat it all there. I also think that a warm up on the tea should be available. You only get one pot of tea and once it's cold, that's pretty much it; either drink it cold or leave it there. Our waitress was nice, though I wish she had been a bit more attentive. The wait for our tower seemed a bit lengthy, which I don't blame her for. She just didn't check on us that much. I'd also recommend a good sweep down of the chairs before seating the next guest. We sat in the green chairs next to the window and my chair had hair on it and a random piece of popcorn. There was also a dead bee in the window. I swept the popcorn off but then I had to ask a server walking by to pick the popcorn up off the floor. A number of servers just walked by the popcorn on the floor, as if it wasn't noticeable. They don't serve popcorn at high tea, just saying. All that said, I would definitely go back when another special occasion calls for it."

"Had dinner with our friend. We ordered calamari to start. We waited and waited...and then two waiters show up one with the calamari and the other with our dinners. We stressed that we wanted to have the calamari first, then our dinners when we ordered. Our waiter never followed up with us. Then Holly showed up and she was great. She took the dinners away so we could enjoy our starter and then had the dinners re-fired. Another great meal at Joe's and great service to boot"

"Love this spot. This was my first visit. It’s dark and mood. Reminds me of spots in NYC. Not too big, just right. The food had a great presentation, well curated dishes. The service was didn’t hover but also wasn’t hard to find. I had the Straeberry Fields ice ball cocktail, delicious. This will be in my top recommendations to anyone visiting Austin."

"The service and restaurant ambiance are quite pleasant, and it wasn't too crowded at 7 PM, especially at the bar. The beer is served cold. However, the seafood fajitas were just okay; there wasn't much protein for the price, with more vegetables than shrimp, scallops, and calamari—only about three pieces of each. The dish lacked a strong flavor. I'll consider trying other entrees in the future, especially if management takes these reviews into account."

"Service: Our waiter was the best thing at the restaurant. He was amazing, I wish I could remember his name. It was my boyfriend's birthday and he brought us a cake without me even have to ask. He was very kind and attentive. Him and the drinks would be the only reason I return. Oh and the mashed potatoes lol. Appetizers: Crisp Chili Calamari and Alaskan King Crab Cake. The calamari was fried nicely, but it literally had no taste. I love calamari, but this was just so bland. The crab cake was what I was looking forward to the most and I was so disappointed. It was nasty. For $45 I was expecting more flavor, chunkier crab meat and just a better experience. Entrees: C.A.B Prime Ribeye, Sautéed Spinach, Whipped Potatoes, 4 Cheese Macaroni (I believe we added lobster). The Ribeye was dry, we got it medium well(I know I know, but they should have been able to get it to that temp without drying the steak out). The sautéed spinach was also bland. The whipped potatoes were the best thing that came to the table. The macaroni was the next runner up. Drinks: Lychee Martini and The Ritz Lychee has a very acquired taste, if you've never tried it, maybe wait to try the martini. Not saying it was nasty, I just don't think I acquired the taste for it lol. The Ritz was a great drink."

"The service was top-notch and the food was fantastic. Although the afternoon tea may not be the absolute best, it is still very affordable, especially with the use of a Groupon discount."

"This was a very unsatisfying meal. Here is I reserved the table more than a week in advance. But I could not reserve for a Thursday at and instead, had to reserve for I reserved online. The restaurant called me to confirm my reservation days before the meal. I confirmed the reservation then. I then received a confirmation request via email days before the meal. I confirmed the reservation via email. Then, I received another telephone call on the day of the meal asking me to confirm once again. I found the requirement for separate confirmations for my reservation was very intrusive and I reserved asking for seating in the dining room and NOT the bar area. When we arrived a party of people, about minutes before our scheduled reservation time, we were told that our table was not yet ready and were asked to wait in the bar area. We were asked if all of our party was over the age of to which I responded yes. After waiting for more than minutes after our expected reservation time, with nobody letting us know about our seating time, I asked when we could expect our table to be ready. I was then told that they would try and find us a place to sit. A table was the made ready in the Bar area and we were seated approximately minutes after our reservation The noise from the DJ and music was so loud that it made the dining experience terrible, as we were unable to speak with each other at our table, and the music was repetitive crappy dance pop, and there was nobody One of our group received a salad with a human hair in it. When this was pointed out, the server quickly removed the bowl and returned with a replacement, and our bill was credited with from our total. These problems ruined the experience for our group. Although, the food and service were very good, this will be the last time we will visit your establishment. We will NOT recommend BB to anyone.Sincerely,Alex"

"Went to Olive Garden yesterday after Sunday Service and our waitress/server Jocelyn was amazing!!! She was very patient and kind. Her attitude and service was great, she knew we were waiting for one more person to arrive and was very patient and not at all in a hurry for us to place our order. She did bring our drinks while we waited just a few minutes. Jocelyn came after our table was full and kindly greeted us again and took our order. She did let us know the pizza wasn't available in the kids menu which made it easier for our kids to decide on something else other than the usual. Our food was delicious and we all enjoyed our time there. She came to check on us once in a while which we really appreciated. Jocelyn, you're awesome! Thank you"

"Food is standard, nothing superb but also isn't bad. I go mainly for their Zuppa Toscana! To me, it's the best thing on their menu! We usually get the Tour of Italy for the variety and enjoy it! If you order an Entrée, you can take home certain Entrées for $5 ... a smaller portion but still a good deal!"

"This place is top-notch. The service is amazing, the food is exceptional, and the drinks are spot on! I come here for special occasions and last night's visit was to celebrate my recent engagement, which was a surprise for my fiancé. Luckily, we had Morgan as our server last night, and she was fantastic - always making sure our drinks were full and bringing us fresh bread. She was incredibly sweet and provided A+ service. Many thanks to Morgan and the talented chefs at Andiamo for serving up some of the best food we've ever had. We will definitely be back soon! Greg Ben"

"Unless you're a bonafide member of the aristocracy you will not be able to afford frequenting Rundles on a regular basis -- but for a special treat/occasion, it's an exceptional dining experience we all deserve now and then. Go in with your eyes open; check the table d'hôte menu online to ensure their options appeal to you, and then forget about the price. All my choices (smoked trout app; rib steak main; assorted cheese dessert) were absolutely delicious and reasonably portioned, as were my wife's (seasonal corn soup; lamb; grilled peach dessert). Service was professional and attentive (e.g., excuse yourself to the restroom and return to find your seat pillow has been fluffed while you were away). Decor is decidedly post-modern cool which lends itself to the quiet, elegant atmosphere. My only beef was getting charged $6 extra for the cappuccino at the end of a meal which, IMO, should come included in the $125 prix fixe. C'mon, man... gimme a break! With one cocktail each and a bottle of one of the less expensive wines on their eclectic list, my wife and I exited poorer by $450 after tip. That's fine: you get what you pay for. It was all truly great, but I have had modestly better meals and service for less money. That said, Rundles offers a unique and rare experience (at least within southwestern Ontario) that you should try to visit before they close shop or pass on to new ownership later this year as the proprietor is retiring. If/when they close their doors, Stratford will have lost a treasure."

"The Piere Hotel use to have the most lovely tea service in NY in their charming Rotunda with a string quartet. Now it has become overpriced, noisy and not so appealingly placed in the back of the hote in the barl. The tea sandwiches are now tiny bites, some tasty, but overpowered by the sweets served. The Hotel silver all water spotted, not wiped off before set on the table. The service just ok, not overly concerned about service, or caring to be there. No longer a pleasant experience, and cert … – show"

"HOT!!! We requested the fan turned towards us a bit and waiter refused, then after hour, the fan was turned towards some other tables and we were even hotter!!! very matter of factly and cold, would practically look at us like yeah, ok!!!! Cant really explain it. Very unlikeable person! waiter was like upset when we asked for the Miami Spice Menu. He even asked oh, you want the Miami Spice menu? That was a very derogatory comment/question. out of of us ate Miami Spice and our bills totalled over $ anyway!! Also, why a tip ON THE CHECK???? Tips are NOT MANDATORY!!!! They are a reflection of service, we did not argue it but ITS ABUSIVE AND MAKES WAITERS NOT TRY THEIR BEST AS THEY ALREADY MADE THE TIP!!! NOT UNDERSTAND why your restaURANT WOULD NOT GIVE OPEN TABLE MEMBERS THE POINTS EARNED BY MAKING A RESERVATION WITH THEM! I dont even understand this attitude!!! Would not recommend this place at all just because of the service we received. Food moderately good, not the very best for the price"

"Typical French restaurant but with a reasonably varied menu. Crepes were enjoyed by my guests. Lamb shanks were well prepared and also enjoyed. A vegetarian special was en pointe. The pork medallions were a bit too salty but otherwise typical. The service tried hard but was a bit underwhelming. The ambiance on the patio was exceptional on a beautiful evening Worth the 4 star rating."

"Food is amazing, but I am one of those people who check the bathroom for cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Everything was in disrepair, and everything was duck taped or scotch taped or electrical taped to its neiboring parts, not clean bar was sticky as hell asked for it to be wiped off and still felt like glue. I have worked in bars and restaurants for 35 years and can not go back because of the lack of maintenance. However, like Houngs palace, the food is so good I will order take away."

"I frequent Olive Garden, pretty regular. I have one right around the corner from where I live, but I don't go there. I travel to go to the one near Parma town, which is where I lived for 20 years. They always have parking. They always have plenty of staff the place is always neat and tidy, except for that darn front door that they continue not to fix so us people over 40 can open it easier and get inside. This is a pretty good place to dine. I've been here probably six or eight times in the last 10 months and I don't review every time I go, but I went here again by accident since red lobster up the street had just opened and they couldn't see me because they had to wait for a table to dry, really?? So went here got seated in the farthest table in the farthest corner, which I thought was hysterically funny Maybe I didn't fit their decor cause I had a T-shirt on today it was 70° out. They change the menu again and unfortunately they haven't changed the prices on their websites because everything was much more expensive on these this menu than it was on the websites I ordered chicken margarite not knowing what that was but I had spaghetti twice yesterday, so I don't know why I went to a spaghetti place, but I did, the chicken margarita came with broccoli and ended soup bowl so I had a couple of bowls of soup and I ate the broccoli and unfortunately the chicken was not cooked thoroughly so I set it aside and the server made note and told the manager who is over in no timewho got me new chicken but no extra cost and I would've never asked for all that service, but boy did I get service today again never disappointed no matter how often"

"We have driven by this restaurant many times, so decided to try it out on a date night. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. We were given recommendations that were delicious in the end. I loved the delicious Sangiovese/Cabernet wine we decided to try as well as the calamari and fish dish we shared. The calamari was crunchy, without being overdone. The fish came whole and the server took the time to debone the fish and give me the crispy and salty skin I said I wanted the most! There is an easy lot to park at behind the restaurant, and plenty of space to sit inside or outside to dine. We will be back for sure!"
