"What really frustrated me was that the table next to us, which arrived after we did, placed an order for at least 48 pieces of sushi and had no issues at all with their order. It was clear they were regulars. When we needed something, we felt ignored. After asking for another roll, it was forgotten, and by the time it finally arrived at the table, I had already finished what I did receive. I was really upset by the lack of service and communication.
Fifteen minutes later, they finally brought out another roll that had been forgotten. At that point, we decided to stop ordering and leave. Overall, I was extremely disappointed!"
