"**Update: 6/25/23** Something about the name Honey Berry just screams “great breakfast” to me, and it didn’t disappoint. What surprised me, though, was the excellent and attentive service. This was my first dining experience inside the restaurant, and after a short wait, I was seated and promptly welcomed by a bright, energetic server named Margaret. **My Review:** The space is open and airy, allowing guests to enjoy their meals without feeling cramped, which is a definite plus. **Food:** Excellent and flavorful, served quickly. **Service:** After addressing my questions and providing recommendations, Margaret got to work. I noticed her checking on other tables regularly—she was always aware of her surroundings, moving around, and serving. It was refreshing! "I went before heading to a concert. We booked a reservation on open table the day before. When I get there it’s crowded and the front desk tells me my reservation is no good because “too many people were walking in to eat”.....that doesn’t make any sense. That’s why I made a reservation..so I could RESERVE a table. We had to wait by the bar and finally got a seat at the bar after min and was able to order food. However, the kitchen was “backed up” so we actually never got to eat at the bar. Luckily, the bartender was a hero and did not make me pay and apologized times for the service. He actually caught me on the way out with my sandwich in a to-go box. He’s the only reason I had somewhat of an ok experience. Overall, don’t go here and they should be giving that bartender a raise."

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"In the end, I decided to indulge and ordered the Chocolate Brioche French Toast, topped with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. They use Magic Shell on the ice cream, and there’s also whipped cream on top. I should note that this meal was incredibly rich and dense; honestly, it was probably the best French toast I've ever tasted. To balance out the sweetness, I added a side of applewood smoked bacon and a glass of apple juice. I couldn't quite finish the French toast, but this breakfast was one of the best I've had in years. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, I felt it was worth every penny. I did feel a bit let down that I was the only customer during my visit, although a few more diners arrived as I was leaving. I consider this place a hidden gem and would definitely make it my go-to breakfast spot if I lived nearby. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and I believe the manager also stopped by to check if I had everything I needed and was enjoying my meal. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try! In terms of accessibility, there are plenty of designated parking spots and an easy entrance for wheelchair users."

"I was excited to visit Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe but unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. I ordered the omelette and hashbrowns along with their specialty pancake. However, I was disappointed to find that the omelette was runny and lacked flavor, while the chorizo inside looked unappetizing. The hashbrowns were even worse - freezer burnt, undercooked, and tasteless. The only redeeming quality was the pancake. I decided to return the rest of the food, and the server was accommodating in removing the omelette and hashbrowns from my bill. "This place was decent, but nothing impressive or spectacular about it. The coffee was a bit cold upon arrival and there wasn't even a spoon provided, which was kind of an annoyance. Despite that, what I found to be fun was the Back to Bed breakfast sandwich. For this menu item, french toast was used as the bun which, come to think of it, not enough breakfast places do this. I loved the soft custard texture of the bread and how infused it was with the maple syrup and powdered sugar. My initial fear with this menu item was I thought it would've been too sweet, which wasn't the case at all. The egg, cheese, and bacon provided a nice savory balance. As for the breakfast sliders, I was underwhelmed. They were really bland and lacked flavor, so much so I realized how much bread can make or break a sandwich. I mean, the main difference between the sliders and the back to bed was the bread itself, and I drastically liked the french toast sandwich more. Last but not least, I really enjoyed the signature honey berry pancakes. It had a smooth, creamy texture and bright fruity taste, and it easily became the staple of our meal here at HoneyBerry."

"I really enjoyed the early breakfast my friend and I grabbed here at this hip little spot I had no never heard about despite living pretty close by for a few years now. I'm not sure when they opened but I'm absolutely delighted that they're here sincemy visit. It was pretty scantily populated (as many would prefer it these days) the morning we paid our visit but it was also arainy day in March. Our server was prompt very polite and she made no hesitation to make suggestions when We mentioned it beingour first visit. Even better than the service was the food and the extremely instagramable decor and furnishing, You can tell agood bit of thought and consideration went into the design and layout of this restaurant and it most certainly paid off, it'sgorgeous! The atmosphere was very chill and gives off a beach house sort of vibe. This place would ve great for any sort ofyoung to older adult, informal to black tie get-together. I'd consider it even just for a birthday brunch. The pictures tell abetter story than I can so check them out!"

"We've been several times. Food is good to great. One in our party was not impressed with her steak. It was not up to par, being tough and stringy. We ended up in a table near a door which was less than ideal as there was a constant flow of people in and out and in December, that means cold air rushing in every time the door was open, which was a lot. Additionally, somehow my notes were co-mingled with that of another customer, meaning critical food allergy information from my profile was missing. The only reason I knew this was because the other patron's wish was to be seated as far from the stage as possible, which was why they put us by the door and I would never make that request. I enjoy live music immensely. Needless to say, it was busy and that likely played into the experience but all-in-all, this time was not as good as the other times."

"I 'm a big fan of Pressed Juice. VIP account. Order delivery often. Stop by locations when traveling. Yadda yadda yadda. I 've never actually been into this location while at Santana Row, but we order delivery from this location via the Pressed app pretty often. Never had an issue. Juices are what they are. Love the açaí bowls and the freeze 's for a healthier dessert. This week, I wasn 't feeling well so ordered a Vitamin C pack of juices/shots via delivery from the app. There is supposed to be like 3 juices and 6 shots or something. Got my delivery and it was 1 juice, 1 shot. When you order on the app, the delivery comes via UberEats but there 's no direct way to follow up like when you order directly from the delivery service. So I called the location and talked to the shift leader, Jackie. She was super nice, and said that if I called Pressed customer service they could set up a new delivery- but she couldn 't do it on her end. I did that, and 45min later another delivery came- this time it is only one shot- that wasn 't even part of my original order. I was pretty annoyed, tbh. But also, mistakes happen. People are people. So I called back to customer service and they said another delivery was going to be expedited. Called the store and talked to Jackie again- who sounded pretty embarrassed. 30min later I got my third delivery with the entire original order 2 extra shots, 3 extra juices, and a handwritten apology from Jackie. I write all of this to say that I appreciate how Jackie and the Pressed team handled a ridiculous situation. They could have asked for photo proof or deflected responsibility, but they didn 't. They were just willing to have a conversation and find a solution that worked. The extra juices weren 't necessary, but they were definitely appreciated. If anyone from Pressed corporate comes across this, you 've got a good leader in Jackie at the Santana Row location. "I really like how they will allow you to sample the juices before you buy them. The products all seem very healthy and nutritious. I bought a ?greens 1? juice, which was a low calorie option; it was perfect because I am currently trying to drop additional body fat for the summer. "I decided to try the Beyond Burger at this restaurant for a simple meal, but I was disappointed that it was priced at $15. The menu stated that it would come with lettuce, pickles, onion, tomato, ketchup, and mustard, but when it was served to me, it only had avocado, the burger patty, thin slices of onions, and one tomato slice. There was no sauce included. I also ordered a side of fries for an additional $3, which were decent but lacked flavor. While I appreciate that they offer vegan options, I don't think I would return as the overall experience was not worth it."

"Really friendly staff and a beautiful store! I love ice cream so I was skeptical at the idea of 'vegan ' ice cream but it was absolutely delicious (I got the chocolate/vanilla swirl) and I topped it with blueberries, granola, and raspberry drizzle. The juices are also great but I really only tried a couple. The Greens 3 was very drinkable and I definitely felt good afterward. The only thing I didn 't love is that their membership was confusing. They seemed to tell me that there were no fees but that 's only if you spend $10/month (which go towards items you buy there)."

"RON M HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE FOR THE BRANDS REPUTATION. I love pressed and am an active VIP member. I love how welcoming and informative all the employees are but today I had a horrible experience with the store manager Ron M. he was not welcoming or friendly in any way. I asked for an Original açaí bowl and he gave me a superfood bowl instead which I understand that mistakes happen so I wasn 't too upset. but considering I had to go back twice to the store already to ask for her items he forgot I did not want a melted bowl so I turned around and went to return it. when I walked into the store Ron was very rude and unfriendly and instead of trying to offer to remake it or offer a refund he insisted in arguing with me that I didn 't tell him I wanted an original bowl. he never once apologized or tried to make the situation better. Everything couldve been solved with a simple sorry about that can I remake that for you or would you prefer a refund . Also, when I initially ordered he didn 't attempt to tell me about ordering in the app I had to ask what perks VIP got you and how it worked. He didn 't seem to care much for the brands reputation or it 's customers and proceeded to tell me that he was the store manager so I couldn 't really talk to anyone else but him and denied to give me contact information for a person higher up then him. I am now thinking of canceling my VIP membership and going to a different store that offers better customer service than pressed juicers and if you 're ready this review I would consider doing the same or go to a different location in which Ron doesn 't work at so you can get treated like a paying customer."

"According to google the store opens at 8am, I went at 8:40am in hopes of ordering an açaí bowl. I was told by a not very friendly salesperson that the açaí wasn’t ready yet and wouldn’t be for another 20 min. I was shocked that it would be an hour after opening before an açaí bowl would be ready, this seems like something that should be ready shortly after opening. I then tried to order my açaí bowl anyway and told the salesperson I would be back in 20 minutes to pick it up. She told me if I wanted to do that I had to order it online for pickup and refused to take my order at that time. So my choices were to order it online despite physically standing in the store or to come back in 20 minutes and order it in the store then. Both seemed ridiculous and I left and got breakfast elsewhere. I do not anticipate going back, and if you want an açaí bowl, don’t plan on having one before 9am…"

"First time trying this place out and it's just okay. The reason why I'm only saying that is because the amount of the acai smoothie they put in didn't seem like it was much because it wasn't and felt like I had a snack in a way. The bananas they putin there are super green and not ripe at all tasted like it had no flavor but at least I guess the agave they put in there madeit work. The granola they put in there is pretty good. They had 2 people working one was helping out a customer and the otherkept going to the back and to the front to finally help me out which idk why it took a little long but I was patiently waiting.Not worth 10 dollars for the size 1 in my opinion probably will get the size 2 next time or maybe even just have to stick withnekter since the portion size there is much better for the price its because who wants to spend 10 dollars on a really smallbowl that felt like a snack"
