"Don't eat here if you have celiac disease. They don't take it seriously. We were a party of 8 and went to the Wellesley location. We called ahead explained that my daughter has celiac disease and wanted to know the gluten free options. At the restaurant, my daughter I explained to the waiter that she has celiac disease we needed to be certain the mac cheese was gluten free. He said yes the pasta is gluten free. When the food arrived, my daughter asked again, is this pasta gluten free the server said yes. She ate about 75% of the pasta when someone (I think it might have been a manager) came over said I'm sorry but this is the gluten free pasta. I explained that this was a problem we asked several times to verify each time we were assured she had the correct meal. He said sorry and walked off. No one came over to see how my daughter was doing or if she was okay. Eventually the waiter came over with the bill. We explained to him what happened, he said sorry walked away. We were very disappointed in the way this was handled."

"I received a flyer under my door in the fantasy world and decided to give the restaurant a try, but it turned out to be a big mistake. The delivery took longer than promised, and the pizza arrived lukewarm. The garlic knots were disappointingly small and tasted like raw dough. The Margherita pizza didn’t have the fresh basil as advertised; instead, it had dried herbs that were quite bland. The other two pizzas were acceptable, but not great. We requested a refund for the Margherita pizza and the garlic knots, but they only offered us 20% back."
