"The green drink was the worst thing I've ever tasted, yet here I am, days after finishing my cleanse, still sipping on it! LOL. The first day was incredibly difficult for me, but looking back, I must have had a lot going on in my stomach. I initially thought the protein shake and the green juice were some sort of punishment. However, by the second day, even though I was having a tough time, I found it easier to handle the diet. By the third day, I woke up feeling better than I have in years.
