"I recently dined at The Palm for a Father's Day dinner, and I must say it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. As a loyal Palm Rewards member, I expected a high level of service, but what we encountered was far from acceptable. Our evening was marred by the behavior of a bald-headed waiter who was extremely rude and condescending. From the outset, he insisted on telling my wife what she should get in her salad, disregarding her preferences entirely. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. The problems didn't stop there. When I asked for Parmesan cheese, the waiter assured me they had it, yet it was never brought to the table. Despite multiple reminders, he ignored the request completely. To make matters worse, after receiving our appetizers, we were left waiting for 20 minutes without any sign of our main course. During this time, we were not offered any bread, which added to the frustration. This was supposed to be a special Father's Day dinner, but instead, it turned into a disappointment. The service was atrocious, and the waiter's attitude was unacceptable. I have never experienced such poor treatment in any restaurant. I hope The Palm takes immediate action to address these issues. Loyal customers like myself deserve better, and this kind of service is simply intolerable."
