"I made a reservation through Open Table 30 minutes before we arrived. We arrived and were unapologetically told by the hostess that they didn't have our reservation, and that we would need to wait. This happened to another couple that came in while we were waiting too. The wait wasn't too long (10-15 min) before we were led down to a table. However, we were disappointed because no one talked to us for 15-20 min once we sat at the table. Then a table next to us was seated, and a waiter started to take their order (before us). Thankfully, a manager noticed pretty quickly and came over and apologized and started taking our order. Once he took our order, the rest of the night was reasonably-paced. Our waiter was also apologetic about the wait. It was a bad start that got better. The food was good, but I'm not a fan of the big portion/family style sizes. It makes ordering for people with different diets more difficult."
