"2 Stars for me, food was beyond a level I didn't expect being I've been before. My meal (Tullys Tender Dinner) was good. The Burger that my friend ordered was dried out, burnt, and overall bland. The Chicken Alfredo Dinner and broccoli was good, pasta semi uncooked, chicken was rubbery and felt like it was prepared prior to my arrival. Now on a service level, I can honestly say that in the 2 minutes you're interacting with a drive thru establishment would've had better service. Our waitress had to be excused, (she was great) her relief however was very pushy, adamant that we have dessert, took nearly an hour for 3 meals to arrive at our table. And we had gone during the slowest of days at the slowest hours. After we received our meals, it wasn't more than 5 minutes later that our waiter appeared and asked if we wanted to-go containers and if we were done. Not only did we feel like we were rushed, but the insistent every 5 minutes asking if we were done got annoying rapidly. Brought boxes anyways to our table without us requesting them. We ended up leaving without finishing any of the meals due to feeling like we were rushed and that we had to leave. (Keep in mind all of this happened at roughly 3-4:00pm on a Thursday) contemplating on whether or not it's worth returning too. But this is an honest review of an experience like most all over since the covid pandemic began."

"*UPDATE* After a recent visit following the remodel, we found the experience to be average. The atmosphere, ambiance, food, and customer service were lacking. As out-of-state visitors, we were looking forward to visiting again, but it didn 't meet our expectations this time. While we understand the reasons for the remodel, they had many missed opportunities by not incorporating any of the former elements, losing the historic feel of the former pharmacy building. The stage area for music was replaced with a small, awkward counter/bar area that seems out of place. A better use of the space could have been a soda jerk bar against the big windows to attract passersby. The food was okay, but all the burgers in our party were underdone. We didn 't complain, as our party had mention it happened before, but it should be addressed. Overall, it won 't be our first choice anymore. It just doesn 't have the same fun atmosphere it used to. Previous Review: If you happening to be visiting Downtown Gallatin, do yourself a favor and stop into Swaney Swift 's for a one of a kind experience, and a step back into time. Originally Gallatin 's prescription drug store with a soda fountain in the 50 's, it truly the it place to be and that hasn 't changed since ... recently under new ownership with an improved menu (burgers are the da bomb dot com), live music selection! One of the best places to hang with friends over great eats, malts ... and live music. Who could ask for anything more?! #DiabeticDude"

"As we began to order food and drinks, I think the staff quickly realized how much we were spending, and suddenly we received excellent service from everyone in the restaurant. Our server was fantastic—she worked diligently to ensure that we were well taken care of, and we all agreed she did an amazing job. The highlight for me was discovering BBQ chicken with Alabama White Sauce on the menu, something I had previously enjoyed in Alabama. It came with mac and cheese, another favorite of mine. We laughed, chatted, and cherished some family time during our last stop before heading back to Vancouver. Overall, the cruise had been a lot of fun, but having real food on land was a refreshing change after a while of cruise dining. When our food arrived, the white sauce did not disappoint! It brought back memories of my meal in Mobile, Alabama, and I was thrilled to have it again. Everyone else was satisfied with their meals as well, and even though I have a strong aversion to seafood, I at least tried salmon in Alaska, which I didn’t enjoy due to its strong flavor. After settling the bill, the kids were thrilled when a wolf approached our table just as we were getting ready to leave. It seemed tame, but we decided it was best to leave quickly with all the children in tow! Our final amusing moment was in the restroom, where I spotted the best sign ever above the toilet. You’ll have to go see it for yourself; that’s all I’m going to say!"
